You can ring my doorbell but I don’t have to answer the door. Love that

I appreciate the statement, "forgiving people doesn't change their behavior" in regards to setting boundaries. I've put an end to forgive - repeat cycles.

I need to hear this at least 10 more times. Boundaries have been one of my biggest struggles. Thank you!

This podcast is everything 🙏🏾🖤 I needed this so bad I can’t wait to get and read this book. I mentally at my breaking point and recently dealt with depression because of my relationship. Definitely need to start setting boundaries so I can be at peace with myself again. 🙏🏾

I just ended an open relationship I no longer wanted to be in. The decision to leave hurt so much, but helped me discover that I needed to work on setting healthier boundaries. I'm reading the book now.. I am not disappointed.

I bought a book before I bought this one. This one helped me in the first chapter and it doesn’t disappoint. Not only does she define, she discuss, she provides examples and how to work on it.

I am learning so much. Which means I have questions. Like kids have boundaries but they need parent to parent them right? I understand when introducing food to your kids when do you say ok you don't like corn the 1st time or the 5 time? What situations kids don't have boundaries? I don't want this concept to be misused.
