this is so incredibly touching. i live in russia and situation is getting worse for queer people here lately. lgbtq "movement" is extremist now, also anti trans bills. it's very scary. this edit made me feel safe and remember how much great queer people still out there fighting for their rights and even winning. i believe it gets better even when things go dark, there's still light out there somewhere anyways i got a bit corny, but thank you! really thank you for this beautiful video💞

THIS. oh my gosh. this. it hit so deep. the broad spectrum of genres covered.. the different perspectives. the pain and the hope that unites it all. this is a masterpiece. a pledge to queer resistance; a cry for queer liberation. from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

This is such a powerful edit! I can how much you put your heart to make this. You did an amazing job! I love the moment when they all danced slowly, hold each other hands, kissed, hugged all of that, so gently, lovingly. The song and the voice over this whole last part of the edit, made it so dreamy, beautiful to see, hopeful. Even with all the obstacles from others, the backlashes, etc, they're trying to exist and love, as they have the right to do so. Love is beautiful. Everyone deserves to be loved.

And yet, there are people -like people that I love and know to be intelligent and kind - who say things like "enough with putting gays in shows" or "seeing gays in pretty much any show I watch is making me hate it more and more" and it pains and angers me so much. The lgbt+ community is just barely starting to express itself, and only in a few countries, so no, give them good representation, let them speak. Once the again, the fear and rejection of minorities, of what's different, of what you don't understand, that is kept unchecked and turns into hate and prejudice. Anyway, strong tribute.

I'm literally crying, this video is so beautiful but its also a reminder of what those before us have had to fight for, and the people and the basic human rights that we still have to keep fighting for. My country only recently lifted the ban on gay marriage, and there are still so many more countries where gay marriage is not only banned, but the very act of existing as a queer person is punishable by death.
