How do you keep the fruit from turning brown that you slice?

Fresh lemon. I cut it up and then toss in enough fresh lemon juice to coat all the fruit or vegetables. Then pack up in air tight containers for transport. I have a lemon tree so free for me. Lemons can be expensive in certain areas. Here are some alternates. Salt water, honey water, lemon lime soda, water. Sure the internet has more tips. These are what I have personally used myself with excellent results.

Yeah I don’t get it. I bet the fruit isn’t washed and why are the apples cut which oxidizes fast but the strawberries are not. And guaranteed those dips are nasty, all packaged dips are bad. I’d honestly be annoyed if I paid for this. This is nothing more than a Costco run.

My daughter had one of these at her bridal shower. Literally everyone was hungry. Everyone was picky eaters and nobody liked the weird cheeses. Do not recommend.
