When you remove the drip tray (pull a bit up and to the front to remove it) you can see cavities on both sides. If you insert it back into the lowest one it will look “normal”. If you use another cavity the drip tray and cup will be elevated. I don’t know why they don’t show this on any video or in the manual.

If you just got this and no water is coming out, only fill the water tank to about half or just a little less than half for the first time and it worked for me!

my locking handle doesnt work once i place tray in it, with it out it comes down easily any clues as to why this is happening? just got machine yesterday and trying to do the steps above

Problem with desalination. I do it 2-3 times correct but the yellow light is still on. How can i fix it? I do it by the instructions. No problem with coffee only with the yellow light.

@@blakeoliver4253 i went back to the store, and it worked. the tech support said, the water container wasn't positioned correctly. i still can't understand what i did wrong. 20+ times i started step by step instructions. anyway it's working now. you should rinse it cold then hot as shown on the box and in the manual. good luck Blake.
