Great tips Lucy! I got your 0 MOQ tip from wayyy long ago from your first few videos (maybe 1 year ago?) and I've kept it - working well. Unfortunately I can't offer free shipping bc I'm dealing with heavy glass products. Not sure about the UK but in the US shipping is expensive...but I've heard Canada is even worse lol.

good to hear it is still working for you! Just goes to show it is good to experiment! Ah see we are lucky that we are shipping socks so it's very light. But don't worry it seems in wholesale it's pretty common to charge retailers for shipping, unless they order a big enough order and it's worth it for you!

@@CandidFounders mostly price point. Faire wants to charge my Canadian customers over $25 cad for packages. I sell stickers so a lot of my packages can actually go through Canada post for half the price which was a work around I found. I just can’t use the Faire mailing system for those. But bigger orders are hit with that charge. I do wonder now if that shipping charge is turning people away. I am going to test free shipping on smaller orders. I have been learning SO much from you. Thank you for doing this videos. I really appreciate it ❤️

@@rebelandsiren Faire definitely need to work on their shipping settings and we took part in their beta for having more control over shipping cost at checkout - they were previously using dynamic pricing which basically estimated the cost of the shipment, so we had some customers coming to us saying 'faire is telling us £200 shipping' and we are like not it's free shipping! So god knows how many customers we lost due to that, but it has improved thankfully. and no worries at all I am so glad you find them useful! sometimes hard to know when I am just speaking into the void haha
