Any advice for getting replacement AGS guides that I don’t have to send my rod in for

Best place would be to find your nearest warranty center. Up here in Minnesota that is Thorne Brothers.

Where are you getting a #4 finesse neko hook? I can only find 2... Thanks!
@bassutopia2 жыл бұрын
It could be that he misspoke and meant the #2 Neko. According to VMCs website, the smallest size in the Finesse Neko is a #2. Sorry for any confusion!

Thanks for the content! What size reel on the Ned rig?
My friend's son Noah will be looking for you on Champlain....... Good luck

Love the videos Seth. Have tried a ned rig on a casting rod? I throw one a lot on 7' M with 30# Braid to 12# Fluro leader and it works great. I may be a lone wolf on this one
@bassutopia3 жыл бұрын
I think you are! I guess if you have a limber enough baitcasting rod you could throw it decently far. Spinning gear is more preferred because for the most part you are using light line and being able to loosen the drag is key!

When your in the Pike invested lakes up north do you do anything different with a leader/line?
@bassutopia2 жыл бұрын
Usually not! But you can bump the leader pound test up a level or two if you're worried about being bitten off!

@@bassutopia they cut 20lb and 25lb. I'm trying 40lb. I'm after bass. I also use micro wire leaders and they work but they seem to affect the bass. I'm not fishing for pike.
