Ik this isnt the topic but you guys down played Neji a shit ton. Lee states when he is in his 5th gate form that he saved that for Neji and only said that then implying Neji has seen the hidden lotus and no weights and still clapped. Also Neji reacted to ninetails amped naruto plus his rotation is stated to be stronger than garaas sand. Sasuke also has problems controling the curse mark when hes low on chakra so Neji is actually a perfect counter to Sasuke because one hit and his chakra is depleted, the curse mark nerfs him then Nejis finishes.

I went back to rewatch the fight. What I saw was that Neji was in sort of disbelief at Lee's power at just the 4th gate. Which to me implies that IF he's seen Lee open the gates he's only seen levels 3 and below. I'm looking now to see if Neji ever acknowledged the hidden lotus as if hed already knew of it. If he did that means he at least saw that he can open the first gate. But if he is surprised by it that means he only ever fought Lee in base form.

@@Morrowind4732 And for the sake of diving deep lets say he's never seen the first gate but he's seen unweighted lee. Well unweighted Lee is what Sasuke copied against gaara, not the gates. And the only reason I assume he needs all 4 gates is because he trained to open 4, if he just needed one he might just have 1 but lee is a crazy hard worker so thats prolly illogical to his character. Either way I think Neji takes it in the speed category.

The main problem with Carthus argument is that Goku didn't have a power level of 180 when he fought Roshi and turned into a Great ape... Roshi was around 145 and Goku was lower than that at around 100-125... and by the time Goku transforms, they had been fighting all day and were exhausted... so Goku's power level was probably 100 or less when he transformed meaning that his great ape form was around 1,000 or less

@@ninjigaming6079 I think you’re misunderstanding what Seth was saying about power levels. Seth’s point was that in OG Dragonball, strength didn’t increase linearly with power levels. So someone with a power level of 10 (Goku at the very start) could be more than twice as strong as someone with a power level of 5 (Farmer with Shotgun). It’s not that the multiplier would change, you just may need to interpret the actual power level differently. So the gap between a power level of 100 and 120 could theoretically be as big as the gap between someone with a power level of 400 and a power level of 1000.

Roshi has no new scaling in the Saiyan saga and they're shown and implied to have surpasses him in Original DB and never even let him rise to their lvl Even the power lvl thing doesn't prove he's stronger than Raditz because power lvls weren't linear like they were in DBZ All of that combined with the fact that he doesn't even bother fighting in the Saiyan saga when he's know to stand back only when he can't do anything leans more towards the idea that his PL wouldn't translate to a higher PL than Raditz if it was linear
