I have a model E538-005. I unplugged it when DST ended to reset the time and when I plugged it back in 30 minutes later, it wouldn't run again. I replaced the cord per your video and it still will not run. Any ideas?

Hello I have same Clock but I thing they running and then Stop

I have the same clock and I have two issues. One it will not stop chiming it goes way past 12. It just keeps going until I block it. I did just find a piece that seems to have falling off. But I can't seem to find where it goes and the internet is not helping. The peace is a 5/8 little cloud with a pin sticking at one side in a hole right next to it. Any help would be much appreciated I love this clock. it's from my dad.
