I'm always amazed that you appear to have the same energy level with your kids before as well as after a 30 mile run! I have about 3 loops that I can combine to make about 15 miles (unfortunately they don't plow one section in the winter). Your kids are doing amazing- Henry is killing it!!! Press onward!

during Covid, ilg created a whole race series in Durango's backyard connecting several of my backyard go-to loops into a race course. Just wanna say how precious you remain to Dewa and I in terms of continuing to honor the shoulders upon whom you stand and slay upon! BTW: Dewa (17) skied to a 2nd Overall Ladies Podium yesterday at the Grand Mesa Nordic Race Series Race #1(5k CL) and her old man who narrowly still at 62 bested her by less than a minute (take note, Daddies when you are 62 and can still beat your Nationally Ranked kids) ... Seth's Vlogs remain top of the podium for all Conscious Daddy's Who Still Toe The Start Line! let's get Seth onto some Nordic Skis and get him into what Norwegians call, "Ski Running" and what the rest of the world knows as Cross Country (Nordic) Skiing! let's GO

Sounds like you two are killing it! Maybe I'll check out some ski running, I'm intrigued.

Bear Creek Lake Park for the win! Did the Bear Chase 1/2 this year with my 14yr old daughter, a great place for her first half. Lots of great ways to connect loops/trails in Boulder. This time of year you find out which ones hold the snow, ice, and mud more than others, haha!

QOD: I have been trying to do link trail most of my adult life. It is interesting that the couple of towns around me are trying to do the same (officially) but I can't wait for the red tape. I just make my own connections and then a few years later they appear as "official" trails. Great job as always!

Been a while since I’ve seen you, wouldn’t have recognized you 4:12 or recognized your voice… been just shy of three years. Let’s Go!

Hey Seth from Annecy France, will you be doing a review of the Tecton X 3 ? Love your videos, I've been following you since 2020. Keep going !
During Covid I tried connecting our Condo near year to Mt Falcon and back. If you go south by Costco to Belleview then west all the way down Belleview, it ends up being 20 miles to the picnic table on Mt Falcon and back. Unfortunately, the first time I did it during Covid, almost exactly this time of year, the snow on Mt Falcon turned to rock hard ice on the decent and I fell really hard and broke my hand. Surgery and 8 weeks later I was good as new.

Today was 10K loop day. All trails. Love running on the dirt! It is close by but unfortunately not right out the front door.

I see you've got a roadID on your watch strap. Smart. agreed moving to a new place takes time to learn specific mileage loops that become habit.
