@slight o hand yeah i started eating cereal bars one has like 115 cals and some Tablespoons of peanut butter and i am allready 4 Ibs more in like 3 weeks. I dont want to rush stuff. I enjoy experimenting with my meals. The 9 minutes of cardio i do per day also seem to make a difference. Anyways thanks for the reply. Yeah now that i watched some more youtube videos i learned you have to add at least 250 to 350 more cals in order to add mass.
