Today I’m comparing the Nike React Element 87 to the cheaper React Element 55! These Element React sneakers are both visually very similar but feature different materials on the upper. The Nike React Element 87 is the more premium and limited version of the lifestyle sneaker, while the Nike React Element 55 is the budget model. Is the 87 worth the extra money over the 55? I didn't like the 87, but the 55 looks cool to me. It's bolder looking with how strong the color pops. Definitely a pick on when it's on sale.

I made the switch over to elements. After buying 23 pairs 270 and 12 pairs of 720 was a freaking waste of money they are so uncomfortable they looked cool so I bought so many not thinking. I bought 1 pair of elements 55 most comfortable shoes I have ever worn with adidas nmd now been buying the 55 like crazy.

I think the 87's are cool (not great / not bad) but with the current resale prices the 87's are an easy pass for me. And in my opinion the 55's are DOPE!! Plus for only $130 the 55's easily WIN by a landslide.

I think the Elements range both have crazy loud colorways. If you have a wide collection of shoes and already have the basic base colours covered, then go with the Elements. For people who just got into the game and is just starting to build their rotation, they migg want to stick with other silhouette (with tame colourways) that's more subtle and easy to wear.

I personally own both and I can say I wear the 55s more than the 87s. The colours are bold and stand out more on the 55s. Plus I don’t wanna have to deal with wearing cool/funky socks just to make the shoes appeal on the 87s. Both are dope as fuck tho

Reeve Langeveldt place ur toes in firmly, ensure ur socks are extremely tight, slide ur heel all the way to the back of the shoe and loosen the laces by pulling them outwards away from Then with ur heel at the back of the shoe pull the laces extremely tight (activating lace lock technology) try wearing with slim socks like ankle socks and any socks must be tightly placed on feet the. Double lace and try to walk heel down then toes up (u kind of have to walk a bit slower in them but these tips help me a lot so I hope they help u)

Do you think the next set of 87 colorways releasing on Oct 11th will sit or sell? They weren't in your sit or sell video, but the 55s are out and these aren't an Undercover collab. With a release date close to the Undercover... maybe sit? Or maybe they won't instantly sell out. Also, my true size is 12, but my feet are wide and I have tall arches. I hear the translucent material isn't flexible, but often shows with tounges built into the shoe I need to go up a size. Should I up it to 13 for the 87?

Hey Seth I think the black react might be stiffer. I have volt color way and the white react to me feels softer both 55’s. This also goes the same with my ultra boosts I have both white and black midsoles. Not sure if I’m also going crazy but I feel difference.
