Hi Seth! You should come to Mexico City, almost every Sunday we have a huge bike ride thats 60 kms long. There are all kind of events going on, bike and zumba classes, concerts, bike stores and free bike rentals. It is very well organized. You should visit!

Miami is bar far one of the best rides globally. If you ever have a chance to ride Chicago we meet at Daily Plaza 5:3. Summer months (July especially) the mass becomes endless. I've been riding Critical Mass monthly almost since its inception in Chicago. I have rode in rides globally & in EVERY ride you have a variety of music. "Speaker douche" is extremely negative on many levels & not once until now have I heard it connected to CM. I really enjoy the music of CM its usually a variant of electronic music or folk or rock. In Chicago we have a lot of House in the ride & in Europe its German techno or UK DNB. If music is not your thing, like you said simply ride clear of it. Shitting on other people simply because you dislike their taste in music is not something CM rides are about. Keep the ride positive & as always, happy Friday.

I went on the Monday Night Ride in Chicago when visiting my daughter. It runs every Monday from May to October. The one I was on in October had 150 riders. They said they had almost 300 on night in the summer. These kinds of rides are great. I will have to check out the Fort Lauderdale ride.

hey Seth! you should check out Denver Colorado's version of critical mass. we call it denver cruisers. it happens during the warmer summer months, multiple start points that all end up at "the circle of death", and each week has a dress up theme! I think my favorite theme is duck tape/bubble wrap/and cardboard. Google it some time, I know you would love it! keep up with the great videos!

Hey Seth, hoping you see this here but I had a great idea for a video. With the large influence you have on the biking community how about a video showing and discussing how everyone can do their part with trail groups? I recently came back from Santos and joined their facebook group, sadly I see a lot of very hard working people often upset that so few contribute and give back. Maybe you can find the time to really bring this part of mountain biking to life with your touch for making everything entertaining. I really think the guys would love seeing something like that. I really want to do one of these someday. There hasn't been one near me yet, hopefully soon. The first cycling event I ever did was the El Tour de Tucson 109 mile ride/race. Of the three years I did it there was always between 7,000 and 12,000 people. It was a little bit dangerous, but an unbelievable experience.

Iam from Berlin Germany and I almost everytime I participate on Critical mass we have about 3-5 thousand riders all the time but the major difference is that we don't follow a fixed route instead the one who is in front rides where ever he want and the mass follows and the person at the front is never the same it changes constantly so we never take a route twice it is always something new
