And many had no knowledge of farming moreover many knew farming but either did bare minimum or corruption to not get punished. Deng xiaoping started partly privatizing the farms and same ineffective farmers started producing surplus. More about mosquitos fuck them making them extinct is best for human. Mosquito don't help us in any way they don't help us in agriculture.
