The advocate seems to be a professional and educated man. He should have at least guided and informed the people that no bank sends any due notice with penal actions in the very beginning, just 2 weeks prior to initiating any strict enforcements. They send courtesy reminders in the beginning and then gradually start sending letters enforcing strict actions. Also he should have advised them that even if it is a bank meant for rural needs, they don't send out agents who look like goons carrying guns with them. At least Ajay should have got a wind of this as he seems to be the matured and educated among this group
