You are right, I hate plastic smell and taste, they can not feal if they got somethings on theire fingers and don´t know when to wash them, some have wet gloves, this is a good possibility for bacterias to grow. Are You wearing plastic gloves bevore eating ? - if not then You also have bacterias that are on the money on Your food, I don´t like when they stop washing theire hands because of plastic and are touching money for hours with the same gloves. Some people are even using them for some days !

Everything looks so delicious but you know, gloves or no, I do not like people grabbing food out of bowls with their hands. They wear the same gloves for twenty different bowls and pans of food for hours. You're still going to get cross contamination. Just use a some tongs for each bowl or something. Is that so hard? You can get plastic ones for cheap.
