Last year, the Sens were 0-3-1 against the Panthers. The only Atlantic division team that the Sens weren't at or over .500 against. So a win against them would be great.

Really? The Sens had a winning or even record against each of their division rivals? I would have never guessed. They must have got slaughtered against the teams outside their division.

But against the Atlantic: Boston: 1-1-1 .500 Buffalo: 2-2-0 .500 Detroit: 3-1-0 .750 Florida: 0-3-1 .125 Montreal: 3-0-0 1.000 Tampa Bay: 3-1-0 .750 Toronto: 3-1-0 .750 Or overall record against the Atlantic of 15-9-1 .620 Yes, edited... forgot Detroit and .750 did up their stats against the Atlantic.

What’s really interesting is there are studies showing lower performance when the nfl team is playing in a different time zone. Messing up players circadian rhythms and where their cortisol peaks. Trying to time it right and using different practices and supplements to get quality sleep.
