Very interesting. So what is the benefit of having the bike in this mode? What will the bike do when riding and how will it react??

You get 'semi active' suspension i.e. changes to suspension settings on the fly according to road conditions / how you're riding. More info here: www.motorcycleinfo.co.uk/indexd32a.html?fa=contentGeneric.cwpgfxigzstbrmfs&pageId=6220598 and you'll find plenty of discussions on www.ducatiforum.co.uk

Why is that not the default setting then? I've just been to the garage and altered suspension accordingly. Does it make much difference in your opinion?

Good question, sorry but I have no idea why........fire the question at Ohlins support: info.odtc@ohlins.com or you may find the answer on the forum (link in previous post).

There's a copy of the fitting instructions here if you don't have them, which may explain the reasoning: motorcycleinfo.co.uk/mts12_faq/mts1200_docs/ohlins/multistrada_1200_scu_35000-03_instructions_set-up_guide.pdf

Andy W - final question. This works on a 2012 1200s? I don't have the new skyhook system.

Why did you choose to set it to 1?
@AndyW_inUK8 жыл бұрын
The setting of '1' sets the system to semi-active (automatic) adjustment rather than fixed manual settings: motorcycleinfo.co.uk/mts12_faq/mts1200_docs/ohlins/multistrada_1200_scu_35000-03_instructions_set-up_guide.pdf See also: www.motorcycleinfo.co.uk/indexd32a.html?fa=contentGeneric.cwpgfxigzstbrmfs&pageId=6220598
