Vern, Marie and now "ELI" welcome back. Great video and looking forward to your travels. It was really nice of the boat friends to be round to open the windows to have air flowing throughout the boat. Yes I agree that helped out tremendously reducing the amount of mould. Vern it seems you have a little bit of sun buirn on your arms at the last parts of this video. Hope it is a fast transition getting use to the heat and foods and water in Indonesia. Looking forward to next video.😉

Thank you! 😃 Yeah so nice of @dreamtimesail to do that for us, made cleaning a whole lot easier for sure. I did get sunburnt on the first days back. I have horrible skin, no chance to tan, just red and pink, thats all the colours I get.

Photo technique question: At about 16:15 or so, just before you pick up the outboard to load onto the dinghy stern the camera is focused on the outboard engine laying on the step platform, as you pick up the engine and place it on the dinghy, the camera follows the engine so the center of the image is still the outboard, which surprised me because you are alone so nobody is panning the shot. So, did the video editing software allow you to do that or does the camera know to follow the human being? Thanks. Nice video.
@SailingLearningByDoing10 ай бұрын
Good question. It's actually a bit of both. I used a Insta360 camera which films literally a 360 globe around itself. So during editing I can have it lock on my face and it will track me as a move around or I can just make it move sometimes as I wish. It's in 5k so I can also zoom in if needed. It's an amazing tool to have.
