The PMTA process is a gov backed scam meant to bankrupt the vaping industry while providing false hope that vaping products wont be banned. People question whether it actually cost millions to submit a PMTA and it absolutely does and there's still a 99% chance your application will be denied. Not only do you have to pay the fee to simply submit the application but you also have to have lab testing done *_on every unique upc code product_* so for every different flavor, every different strength, a new PMTA needs to be submitted. So if someone has a product that they offer in different strengths and/or different quantitys, a PMTA has to be submitted for each product. If that isn't enough to drive you crazy and make you hate the gov because they obviously are rigging the system for big corps, then this should finish the job. Of course the gov requires that you use only preapproved lab companies, who now are receiving so many requests, they are *_YEARS_* behind. Again, after all that, after spending piles of money and waiting for years, 99% will be denied. No refunds. No bailouts. No fucking chance. Doesn't matter if you like vaping, dipping, nicotine or tobacco, this governmental overreach should piss off everyone.

@@d1ssolv3r Don't know about this stuff, but nicotine there is definitely withdrawal. Best way to do it is by quitting cold turkey, then telling your brain that you are sick, so lay in bed and recover for a couple days. After about 3-4 days it will be out of your system.

Sooooo, I just received two cans of this NicSafe dip yesterday and I'm kind of on the fence about it. Here's why; - The texture is...weird? It's almost pebbly rather than shredded. - It isn't very sticky at all. Not a huge complaint, however when combined with the previous point, that equals very 'crumbly' pinches where I can't get a solid, fat pinch out of the can on the first grab. - The flavor's an interesting one. It's wintergreen, but not what you'd expect. Tastes more like anise on the back-end than wintergreen. Now this isn't a bad thing, however I was expecting a wintergreen flavor similar to Black Buffalo. - Love the metal lids, however I quickly noticed that the lids on mine are embossed with 'cup of joe' branding that's just stickered over. Again, not a big deal...but if you're one of those guys who collects the cans like I do, you get it. That's all I got here. Any Q's about the stuff, just holler. :-)

Outlaw , ive watched you a long time , premier dip reviews. My addiction came from the Army. Ive tried various candies , tooth picks and Dip replacements.. I hate pouches. And the closest i came , was i tried a random soldiers Herbal Dip , it was Snuff(loose leaf) and it was awesome. I forgot the name of it , cause i could never find it anyway. Herbal snuff , if you got it ill try it 👍

Nice job on this. This is great news and I really want to try it out. I started dipping when I was 13 but moved to cigarettes when I got braces. I was able to switch to vaping years ago and leave smoking behind me. This is exciting and I hope big tobacco doesn't find a way to screw this up too.
