How would you set it up for a Masterbuilt smoker can get the settings right

Hi Jake; I wonder if you can set a FIXED temp difference between the 1st and the 2nd set points to avoid having to reset the 2nd. set point when modifying the 1st one. This is specially useful when working with water chillers with two compressors. The 2nd compressor will start always based on the temp difference. This is like if the 2nd. set point is "following" the 1st set point. Thank you!!

Those controllers are too complicated to set. When the sous vide came out it was too expensive. I bought a temperature controller to test, the only difference is it does not move the water, but it gives a rough idea. I bought a temperature controller and hooked it up to a slow cooker, plugged the controller into the outlet, then plugged the slow cooker into the controller and the probe into the slow cooker. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, it cut the power for few minutes, then on again. It was okay for the test and later I bought the sous vide.
