2:45 you can also watch the valves on a running mate cylinder, and when it's in overlap you can adjust the valves on the other running mate. (this works fine for stock engines) Running mates are pistons that travel up and down at the same time ,but on a different stroke. Firing order 153624 1-6,5-2,3-6 are running mates. Watch for overlap on 6, and adjust 1. (That can help when bumping the starter and it keeps going too far)

Is it normal for the rocker arms a push rods not getting oil ... I see yours that don't see oil hope you understood me

Oil comes up through the rear bolt and into the rocker shaft. It then feeds to holes in the shaft at each rocker and it runs down the underside of the rocker to the pushrod and valve.

Yeah you'd be surprised on how many old engines have slow as molasses flow to the rockers. There's a mod to fix these and get flow quicker, and more of it.
