Stumbled across your channel today. Nice to see someone creating content on Grandstream! I have the GWN7812P, the 16 port version of your GWN7813. Was wondering what SFP+ module, make and model number if you have it handy, you’re using in it to connect to your Synology? I’m trying to do the same thing but don’t know which SFP+ brand and model are compatible. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Hey, Well thanks for stumbling across my channel and welcome to you. Thanks very much, I do like Grandstream products and they are creating more and more and getting better and better products out too, as you know at decent prices too. If you feel like subscribing to my channel I have a playlist which has many grandstream videos. There's a lot more to come too! Re the SFP+ Modules: I use 10Gtek SFP+ Modules which do 2.5Gbit and 10Gbit too, the model number is ASF-10G-T They are available on Amazon, well here in the UK anyway, but I'm sure in other countries too.

did you manage to find out anything about the documentation saying that rck brackets are included? I've just ordered the 7003 instead of 7002 just because it should be rack mountable. Thanks!

Sorry, yes I did. Unfortunately they are not supplied with Rack Ears/Brackets, which is a bit unfortunate as they would be usefu I think!

@@MrTimTech2022 I just got mine today as a matter of fact, and the brackets it came with are in fact rack brackets, but 10" rack, not 19" rack unfortunately

@@traiannicolau Hey again, oh great glad you received it, enjoy setting it up, it's a great piece of kit. That's odd as mine had no brackets at all, mind you it was a sample product so maybe slightly different. I would maybe contact support with a ticket at helpdesk.grandstream.com/ Just select 'End User Registration' to setup your account and submit a ticket to find out why. They are a great support team.
