is i have a list of about 2000+ emails but i want to havee the emails sent to my list in and increments of 200 per day. how do i do that in systeme ?

But please can you explain to me, when a new subscriber comes in.. he will recieve a welcome email first.. than next..etc..etc.. but these newsletters subscriber nr 20 recieves are not up to dste anymore.. for example i mean.. i have a newsletter wich is saying I wrote a New blog today come read it..or i have a special offer only for today.. i dont understand how that works? 😅 hope you understand what i mean..
