Setting Up Fractional Trading + Eligible Stocks (Interactive Brokers)

Does anyone you know a simple and straight forward way to trade Covered Call without too many steps (Buying a stock and at the same time selling a call option against it at once) on IBKR TWS platform? Would the commission be free or less expensive than buying a stock, then selling a call option against it?

The commission is likely the same if you do them together or individually. That's been my experience with IB
