Setting up RetroAchievements on Emudeck | Redshirts

Time to set up RetroAchievements together with you all on my Steam Deck!!
I stream on KZbin every Wednesday and every other Saturday, with extra streams happening when I have the time!

When tou put on hardmode you gain more points per achivement at retroachievments. The downside is that you can't use save state function.

I know it’s kinda a niche question but I don’t suppose you know where the sound folder for the retorachviments are? I heard you could replace the sound notifications to another .oog file and I wanted to replace it with the one for the PSN but idk where the folder would be

Ooh thats a good question, but unfortunately I have no idea. I currently don't even have retroachievdments installed as I needed a full reinstall.

Some achievements work, some don't it's very weird. Silent Hill/Ridge Racer fine, Road Rash... nothing. I know road rash has achievements as they're on the site but they don't work for me when I load it up. I don't get it.

I've noticed myself that the system isn't perfect. I believe it has something to do with how the roms are named, but I'm not entirely certain. Might try to look into it if I have the time.

@@RedshirtsGamingCheers, I've done a bit of research and yeah rom name and hashtag have to match their database. That sucks.

Using the latest windows one and it wont let me login no matter how many times I click the login button, its so strange :(
