I got it for a birthday gift and I hate it can't set the clock on the 300 series

I'm so very upset I purchased this thing and I loved it up until I cannot reset the clock and now my coffee maker will not make coffee on timer which does not help me anymore so I have a whole good working coffee pot that I cannot use on a timer. My pockets hurt so much right now
