Setting Up WLED For The First Time

Hi. Trying to install wled but get "internet not connected" in wifi settings. it won't go to the wled welcome to even attempt to set it up on my wifi. Tried on 3 different servers and none will connect. The 1st time I hooked it up, I got the 🙏 screen but it wouldn't generate a client id. Even creating a static ID and trying to use it with manually installing didn't work. I've got 2 quads and both say "offline" even if shows up in my routers device list. I'm working on 2.4ghz, so that's not the problem. I've uninstalled WLED and "forgotten" the network for both quads but I can't figure out how to connect them to my wifi or even AP.

I do not see WLED in the list of available networks, or I see it but cannot connect to it. Does this mean there is a problem with the electronic board?

I don’t know what the issue is I had bought these lights recently November 26, 2022. I just received them in the mail yesterday, December 16 I’m having trouble connecting them to the app. I have them connected to Wi-Fi and the app pops up after clicking the Wi-Fi WLED on the Wi-Fi settings but I want to be able to use it on the app and I have an iPhone if you can help me it does not want to find the IP address from the device when I click the app

Hello. Can you control more then 3 colors? Like if I wanted the colors to be red, white, blue, green, yellow?

so depends on the LEDs you connect to the controller - some LEDs will do RGB (3 colors/shades) other LED strips have 4 RGB and White. So you can control more or make the colors any shade on the color wheel
