Question can I leave my low air mattress on static all time.

Today is 01/19/2022 I'm in the US. Can ANYONE tell me where I can buy this mattress? My brother-in-law is paralyzed and currently has this mattress but if something happens to it, we're screwed. We've tried an exponential number of other mattresses without satisfaction. Please advise and THANK YOU!

QUESTION THAT NO MANUAL ANSWERS !! when the electricity/ power goes out ie blackout, even for a few seconds, the bed starts nipping and dies not just "reset" on its own when the house power restores? How do you turn it back on? We try everything and end up fluking it but forget 6 months later how!!
