you say this in your other videos but for those who haven't watched them, the reason he has radial velocity up is so he can tell which ships are approaching and which are moving away and when they will get in and out of range. Velocity helps you as well but that is used to help you accurately guess what his fit is. ie if a brutix is at 1200 velocity he definitely has a Micro Warp Drive which makes him easier to hit and if you're good at fitting you might know what he shouldn't have, etc. Thought it was important to add.

ok, so right off the bat you start with having your LOCAL window on at all times. Say whaaat!!? How and where did that window come from for starts? How did it get on your game screen? All those other graphics and windows with menus and controls in them. First of all I'm a newby to this game, I opted for starting with Alpha FREE in Eve Online. Does that make a difference? Do you have to have an Omega account or download to get those screens and functions? Is there a "step-by-step" walkthrough to starting the game and setting up your game desktop? Someone please do this for us. Thank you for your time.

You can also select any name in local, then press Control + A to select all. It's a bit quicker than shift clicking to the bottom of the list. Edit: You can delete unwanted drone groups by right clicking drones in bay or drones in space - (example) puu.sh/lonLq.jpg

I keep my overview in bottom right no need for it to float in the middle of the screen and I selected item on top. For me it is better to have it up top because i filter by distance from target which means closest target is right on top of the list. So if I want to quickly lock something it is fastest way to do it. Having it on bottom means i have to move my mouse over my whole overview to get there.

Good video. I found the "anchor" movement of the locked target window the most helpful.

Where is your people and places? You don't use bookmarks? Thanks! Love your videos and guides.

I use bookmarks but there's no need to keep the people and places window open. To create a bookmark you push Ctrl+B and to warp to one you right click and select it. Glad you like the videos, share them with alliance/corp in game.

I play on laptop lol, i always thought big screens would be better.

"Bigger isnt better" even applies to something like a WACOM drawing tablet ... because if your tablet is really big your "required movements" are also bigger and thus take more time. Mid-sized one is enough ... well unless you are a fancy 3D artist who works on Hollywood movies and have one which is also a display.

You can hot key the scan button with the new UI. No reason to use the mouse anymore

EVE Pro Guides - EVE Online PVP and ISK Guides I just changed my whole HUD around based on your suggestions and it is VERY disorienting. I can see how it will help in the long run but 2 years of habits is hard to break. That being said... I think YOU can handle a hotkey ;)
