I SHIFT from negative gap to the leap from where I was to where I am now...this GAP is due to Great Advanced Progress. This takes the 'should' off my shoulder and I can walk without the weight of shoulds on them.

Hello @JackCanfield and team! Thank you for your inspiring and eye-opening work. I’ve been listening to “The success principles” and watching KZbin videos to get me moving forward on my path. Self-help books, goal setting and personal growth has been a big interest for me for many years. I’m a work in progress, my perfect life is in the works. The book and videos are proving to be very helpful. Question: if we have an ultimate, spiritual, goal to ascend (I.e. go to heaven) and I understand that my life purpose is key to achieve that, how do we put that in the goals? Simply, I AM ascending daily? And keep that in the goals set always? Many thanks!

Your goal to lose 10 lbs was a great health goal. If you like wine, then shift the focus of that goal to cutting out some other high calorie foods or drinks. I did a video recently called How to Set Goals that Will Change Your Life. There is nothing better than to set goals and 2020 could be your best year yet if you do it right. It's a science. Your approach with support from those who believe in your goals (and maybe believe in them more than you can yourself) and affirmations are time-tested truisms. Good video.

Had to grin at one comment, circa 5:00. Ya definitely wouldn't have a goal of wanting to visit Michigan in the WINTER, trust an old Detroit boy on that. In summer, as Jack said, it can be rather nice if you get 100 miles away from Detroit.
