THANK YOU! I struggled after a replaced servo going through the beast x manual over and over again, I got confused and thought digital servos, must be electronically corrected and not physically... I went crazy till I found this, now I fly happily again!

Menu G in beast X can be use to subtrim the servo. It will give you a perfect 90 degre after the mechanical set up

great video but just a tip on safety, I suggest to disconnect at least 2 motor connectors off from the ESC whenever you do any service to your heli. This way, there is no way the motor will start and cause injury. TH is a good tip but certainly is not safest.

You do need to make sure that each of the 3 swashplate links are on the same hole on each servo. Probably not gonna cause a huge difference but the leverage on each servo would be different if they're not in the same hole.

Those stock servos are pretty crappy lol, I used to rebuild mine all the time also. The only one that doesn't stripped is the rudder but it burns out. Thank god I found a good soul one helifreak that sold me some MKS92a+ for cyclic and a MKS95i for the rudder for about $150. I can't count how many times I have had to rebuild the whole heli but no more servo issues here.

You should re-setup your beastx after mechanically centering your servos. Re-setup for electrically centered, and travel to avould binding.

Are you using the stock servos? I've had my 300x for a month now, two of the servos went bad right away but were warrantied by HH. They seem to be working fine now but I was wondering if there is a suitable metal gear replacement. Thanks...Barney

Good Vid!!! 450 x swash plate leveling? Pitch adjust and collective pitch!! That would be helpfull!

what you just explained should be preformed through menu point G on the AR7200 after each crash to make sure that the connecting rods have not jumped threads and changed lengths. menu point G will automatically center the servos for you, then level your swash.

Can you use the transmitter sub-trim to make small adjustments to the servo centering? Is this allowed with the beast controller?

Thanks for the video. After swapping the servos, do you need to re-setup the end point of the servo with the beastX to make sure it is not binding?

Tail servo on my 300x will not respond to input or gyro when heli is energized. I manually move the tail blades and servo gears are smooth. What failed?

Hey I have a blade 300x. I’m new to the game it has almost everything upgraded to carbon fiber (the blades, the tail rod, and back blade). I don’t really know anything about it but when I touch the throttle at all, the whole helicopter starts to shake violently, to the point it will fall over. I removed the blades and it doesn’t shake at all with them off. Any suggestions?

your blades may not be balanced well together. the blades have to be a matching set. Sounds like your setup is to rigid. Depending on the flight controller you may have to high of P and I gains if you are using the AS3X flight controller. If you are using a different flight controller your gains may still be too high. But sounds like its because of a mismatched pair of CF blades.

Don't you have to center the pot shaft before you put the final gear on? The pot center is how the servo knows that the servo is centered

Really you want to unplug your main motor from the ESC for safety. Its easy to knock the throttle hold off.

The tiny motor in your servo probably failed. Or the circuit board inside the servo that controls the motor may have fried.
