I feel like sniping is a lost art, I remember in the last days of d1 if you were a really good sniper you were almost mythical in status as a player. What are your thoughts on the current state of snipers in the game? What do you think of the upcoming flinch reduction for the next episode?

Hi, I get what you say. Back in D1 days the community was much smaller, sniping was treated as sort of an artand if you were good at it people would respect you. I remember growing my interest to sniping thanks to all those content creators: kjhovey, nKuch, Kruzer, SirDimetrious and many others. In D2 the community is much bigger and the content creators aren't that invested emotionally in the game anymore so it's just natural that there are a lot more good sniper players across the board and sniping in general is not considered something "elite" and "respectable" because the culture itself is dead.

Speaking of sniper flinch nerfs/buffs. I strongly believe that it doesn't matter as most of "unflinch" snipes are done because of connection, not because your reticle actually came back on the enemy's head through flinch. Only changes on snipers that matter for me personally are the ones that affect bullet magnetism and reticle friction.

Шлем 3 кинетических таргетинга // руки кинетическая ловкость, дальний бросок гранаты // тело 3 кинетических мода против флинча // ноги отхил от орба, начало регенерации здоровья от орба, перезарядка солар оружия // плащ спавн орба от переката и убийства, сбор орбов на расстоянии. Надеюсь понятно :)
