the main thing i found, was to make sure u are at war with only one faction at a time, its worth trading a razed settlement to get a non aggression pact until u have dealt with the first war, the army limits pose a challenge when expanding too much, u probably dont wan't massive lands that you can't defend properly and probably waste resources on for buildings that you will probably lose later. it's best to rush to T5 buildings in the first province so you can wield the decent units. once you have secured the first province and build some stuff to boost growth you can build up quite fast, then on turn 12 or so you get a new army, with 2 armies you can make some good progress and income.

No campaign I ever had was going like that, arkhan always rushes me round 8-10 with 2 fullstacks together with manfred if I dont rush him(manfred) instantly.....

weird ,tiktakto is in a military alliance with me ,never had a war with him ,gave him the elven settlement at the bottom of the desert.

I've been playing for a couple days tried settable, started well and then instantly had vlad and skarbrand declare war on me for zero reason and preceed to rail me from north and south by turn 16. I'm on normal mode. I think the AI just hates me personally.

I can’t even get to turn 20 without khorne or vamps both wiping me out all at once. Games too bloated. Immortal empires should be it’s own game and Expand the map some. Give some races some breathing space.
