1:07 So first, I turn my key into the "on" position or start the car. Then, I plug the BlueDriver. What about when I finish scanning my car? Reverse order (unplug the BlueDriver, then turn off the car)?

You can also shut the vehicle off first. I would just make sure you don't shut the vehicle off or unplug the scanner while a scan is running, or live data is being read.

I tried it with one I got years ago, and that did not work. I will probably just buy a new BlueDriver. Looks good to me.

I can’t connect my bluedriver to my android radio, I can download the app and I have installed it , and I can see the bluedriver on my Bluetooth set up, but whatever password I put it doesn’t connect, I tried 1234, And I tried 0000 , and still it doesn’t connect, please help ?

Hello! Depending on the model it's possible your radio may be intentionally preventing the scanning from pairing. Some brands sell their own scan tool and we've found that they actively reject pairing attempts, likely so you're required to purchase theirs. If you contact support through the app or website they'll be able to provide more information.

BlueDriver , is there not a back door to make my radio except the bluedriver, I am sure there is a way of unlocking the system to except it, I would like to use the bluedriver, so I can tell my friends how good bluedriver is, but as is it is it is useless the bluedriver, I don’t want to send it back, so can you help please, thanks

Why can't it read 14 digit vin numbers?

Hello! Currently only standard VIN formatting can be decoded which is 17 characters in length. 14 Digits might be something like a chassis number on an Asian market vehicle which is not supported at the moment.
