I baseball grip also !!! So much more comfortable. Over lapping or interlock makes it too Hingey. Grips and swing is all based off feel. Shouldn’t be a standard to either. Face sends it oath bends it. That’s all you need to know. :)

I went to baseball from always interlocking and I’ve never looked back

You can increase club head speed by 5% with finger grip over palm grip. But you lose consistancy of strike. So IMHO I get more reliable distance and accuracy with a baseball and a palm grip. I also am a single planer. So quit trying to make golf so difficult
