Hey Justin I have a similar setup. But with twin 430H's which i havent been able to get onlline yet because the Gateway FreedomFi is being difficult in onboarding. I now have the Outdoor Helium hotspot up and running but im not getting nearly as good coverage on the coverage map only like 207 hexes covered. I was wondering is this because of the angle or the height I have the hotspot installed? I was wondering what you might think since we have the same devices. Love your videos!

Hi, great video. I have a question. If I purchase an outdoor hotspot, I need to register/setup at my house (Illinois) with my phone (scan QR codes etc.) if I want to deploy it at a relatives house (florida) do I need to be present at the new location with my phone or can I mail the hotspot to them and change the location remotely from IL? Any chance you can do a step by step video on this for us beginners? Thanks!

You haven’t been able to contact Helium support? Have you gone onto the dashboard online to look at it? The dashboard should be connected to your Helium Wallet, which is connected to your hotspot.

Looking at the planner map we have literally less than 15 helium hotspots showing in the explorer map in our city and don't have anyone downtown.
