Pretty neat, but the dark ride portion is far too short. I wish they had at least 2 or 3 dark segments. I also feel the sunlight is interfering a bit with the Dopey animatronic. He could have been placed further beyond the bend.

That's just the way the camera adjusted from the light to dark settings.

The Dopey audio-animatronic is clearly being hit by the sun, but it's will most likely be fine for the majority of the day. Night-time riding will be cool.

True, but I just feel its a little sloppy on Disney's part. I have no doubt it's a very cool ride nonetheless.

I was lucky enough to ride this ride in the opening week! To be honest I was not very impressed with the ride. I rode it three times, and every time it grew not as impressive as the time before. The in line gadget and gizmos to play with are really cool though! Probably my favorite line at Disney World haha (at the seven spinning barrels I did get to see Snow White)! The animatronics are really well done, and the mine scene is great! I thought there was going to be more animatronics though. The lap bar that comes over you is great as well, because it is a separate bar for each person. For example, Big Thunder's lap bar is used for two people... So if you are skinny, and sitting next to a fat dude, let's just say, hold on... Haha. But my biggest critique was that the ride was very slow. The coast part was slow, and not very thrilling. Sure, it is meant for kids, but I just thought it didn't compare to Big Thunder. Another big critique was that the ride was very short, in comparison to Big Thunder, Big Thunder seems like twice the ride length. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed to mine scene with the animatronics, but I thought the coaster could have been faster and longer. To be honest, I was disappointed.

The ride is brilliantly detailed (especially if you walk around the mountain and see it 'in person') and the 2 minute length is fine for a non E ticket attraction. Just as a comparison for ride length...Flight of the Hippogriff (IoA)...1min, 6 sec; Primeval Whirl 1min 10sec; Space Mountain 2min 30sec., Rock 'n Roller Coaster 1 min 14 sec; Woody Woodpercker Coaster 44 sec; Rip, Ride Rockit 1min 45sec. You get the idea

This looks so much better than the Indiana Jones ride in Disneyland Paris. I was so disappointed. I went in 1996 and was so used to the Disneyland in Anaheim (I think I may have went a few months before) and I must have gone on every ride in about 2 hours but from this short clip it reminds me of that ride.

Looks like a slight reboot of Thunder Mountain Railroad. The outdoors portion looks very Southwestern United States as opposed to Black Forest Germany or wherever Snow White seemed to take place.

This looks awesome. Here's some advice for riders. To get the full experience of a roller coaster ride, try to sit in the back. That way, the rest of the coaster has gone over the hills, and you get the thrill of going over faster than everyone else.

when will Disney world realize that new isn't always better. They ripped out and closed classic dark rides for this and new fantasyland...Disneyland will always be superior to me because they actually cherish the rides that got them to where they are today

What rides are you referring to? Snow White's Scary Adventure? I believe that's been gone a while. I was there 8 years ago and I think it was gone. Didn't Philharmagic replace it, or something. Anyway, this is where part of Toon Town was, which wasn't a classic area. I'll miss mickey and Minnie's houses, but that's it. As far as I can see they've added a lot to fantasyland and taken out very little.

Sean Patterson they got rid of snow white in 2012 when they wanted to put this in...which is a huge step down imo. Specifically the fairy tale hall or whatever its called replaced it. Also in general they get rid of classic rides like Mr. Toads Wild Ride. There would be riots if they took this stuff out of disneyland

They'd been considering getting rid of Snow White for years. There were a lot of complaints about it being too scary for children. In any case, the only reason Magic Kingdom in WDW was the same as in Disneyland was because they didn't know how to proceed after Walt died, so they just pretty much duplicated it. It was always meant to be different from Disneyland. I feel that if I really want to ride Mr. Toad then I'll go to Disneyland. I loved the ride, and I didn't like that they dropped it, but I can still ride it if I want to.

The ride just ends. Feels like the journey wasn't finished. Great ride and effects, but the end, really? What happens... next? There needs to be a big finish. You can't really see into the house, there is too much reflection in the day time, however, it works great at night. If they had one more section, a dark component, and big finish where Snow White overcomes evil, it would have worked better. Are you not allowed to show the ending or something? Has Disney made everyone sign waivers to not post the big ending? Maybe that's it? Bring this ride to Disneyland Anaheim !!

I feel like I'm watching the intro to an Eisner Era ride operator training video. The title says Full Ride-through. I dont want to watch 10 second clips of the ride without any attention to the themeing work that went into this. I need some sound. A song from the movie would be better than this.
