I think this is the little girl who years ago was sitting on the stairs in the house. She was telling her mom that she wasn't being mean but please for her mom to be happy. That her heart wants everyone to get along and be nice. Told her mom to bring her mean down a few levels to medium. Such a sweet video. It still shows up once in awhile.
