Superb arranging and production on this. I am not familiar with the Thievery Corporation, so this is the first time I’m aware I have heard anything by them. I note they cover a song by It’s a Beautiful Day at 28 minutes, from their 1st or 2nd album - Girl With No Eyes. They were one of the best live bands I ever saw.

It appears you don't understand this is a compilation. Only two of the songs here are by Thievery Corporation, both of which have been remixed (altered) by other artist. So technically no unaltered Thievery Corporation to be found here. As far as 'Girl with No Eyes' goes it was on their self titled album 'It's a Beautiful Day', which was their 1st studio album. The artist covering it in this compilation is Frenic.

Jason Paulin Thank you Jason. I believe I have the first three vinyl LPs by IABD, and I suspected it was from their eponymous album, which is my favourite. I saw them in 1970 at the Bath Festival, Shepton Mallett, England when I was a month short of my 17th birthday. Another outstanding act was Johnny Winter with his brother Edgar; I saw Johnny again with Rick Derringer a year or so later and it was a bit of a bore, so I think Edgar really added a lot of colour in the music. I was particularly looking forward to seeing LeD Zeppelin but was very disappointed with them after seeing the original Fleetwood Mac, with Peter Green, a month or so previous - the contrast in quality was obvious. Oh, at Shepton Mallett Canned Heat were also outstanding. Thanks again.
