fyi, "Thanks" was originally written for carat's, woozi said he's afraid that "thanks" word won't convey much what they feel, so that's how this song was made and it kinda changed into "longing for love" type, since the album have songs like that type. but still woozi and svt always say, this song is a tribute for carats and they added sign languages and "T" "H" "X" formation (aerial view) and a pinky promise with their ring's, since lyrics were changed, hoshi badly wanna do these in choreo Funfact : they always change their ring's in every full length album comeback.

During their performance of Thanks at Gaon Music Awards 2018, right before MInghao's last verse, you can hear Hoshi yell, "GO!" It's such a beautiful moment because they've performed a full set, that's their closing song, they're exhausted, and yet Hoshi is encouraging them to go on, and to pull through and finish strong. Just wanna share an experience related to Our Dawn is Hotter than Day. I have attended svt's concerts and whenever it ends they usually (if not always) play this song. As Carats leave the concert hall, the warmth of the song just wraps around the area and some Carats like me stay in our seats and take a deep breath just to absorb/feel the moment-the moment of just seeing the boys face-to-face. During that time, I expected to feel sad that the concert was over but I didn't. It made me feel complete as if everything is ok, as if the Carats beside me are telling me I'm not alone, and as if Seventeen hugs and tells me to move forward with life and to look forward to seeing them again soon. Saying this, I just feel happy you also felt the warmth of the song and I hope you get the chance to see them soon too! ❤️ Thank you for this video, I really had fun fangirling with you! I'm so happy watching this reaction. Thanks was my first comeback as a Carat and unrelated to that fact, my favourite album concept is Directors Cut and my favourite title track, MV and choreo is Thanks. The lyrics of the song is so meaningful and raw and heartfelt, even as a new Carat back then I felt the song to the core. All the interviews and behind the scenes clips really documented what message they wanted to tell us and it felt even more genuine. I am so thankful as well that this song made me feel the way it did. The MV is gorgeous. I love how they showed the members on the bus sleepily going to work and tired coming from work, and kind of the behind the scenes on how they work on their music, write lyrics, discuss concepts, create choreography and go into dance practice, have their make ups done to get ready for work. (There was even a magazine article about how a boy group fearlessly showed this side of kpop industry where they get ready with make up and all as part of their daily lives in an MV). The MV binds the song and the concept together, creating an even more meaningful visual for us to enjoy and feel the song. "Thank you, because of you, we can do all these." And the choreo. It's so clean and artistic. The blockings, the level changes, plus the incorporation of sign language and symbolism. They have loooots of great choreo, and DWC is the most famous one. But Thanks choreo just hits different. It's so satisfying and special.

Before proceeding with Oh My! mv and You Make My Day album listen, if you could react first to BooSeokSoon’s Just Do It mv since it was released after their director’s cut album. It’s BSS debut song and the first unit from svt with a proper comeback promo with music shows and variety show guesting (dingo). BOO Seungkwan, Lee SEOKmin, and Kwon SOONyoung are known as svt’s gag trio. The funny thing is that BSS started as a joke between carats and svt and then they just surprised us with a BSS comeback in caratland. Until now we’re still waiting for the next BSS comeback and they’re always hinting on fansigns and interviews that they can’t wait to come back too.
