2:21 Minghao expressing “I want to listen today”, that alone says a lot about the dynamic of the group. It takes a lot for someone to hold a hand up and say that in plain language. I appreciate the group for appreciating each member. Advocating and making an effort to understand each other. With 13 people, naturally you are going to have a closer relationship with some vs others, but that effort to get to know everyone and respect each other takes time, patience, and work. It makes me teary-eyed. Knowing you have someone who will make sure you are heard is so important. I know it may feel trivial and basic, but in this day and age, being heard and LISTENED to makes you feel valued. “You are important and deserve to be heard” As a person who speaks more learning to step back or be observant, encouraging to more quieter members, etc. They have strong interpersonal relationship. There is a saying that “everyone shines, but finding that takes time”. Their collaboration and teamwork allows me to appreciate them individually and as a group.

As Vernon biased, i want to add since the video showed little of him (because it's about 5 members) that i always noticed that about the members and i am very grateful. At Caratland 2020, the help that the members give him and how much it is difficult for him to speak was very noticeable, and there was a Japanese fanmeeting where at one point when he had to speak, Dk told him something like "calm down and imagine that you are in the backstage room with us." In Gose he generally does not appear much and worse if it is TTT where they are more free (just like Jun and Wonwoo), in interviews he rarely begins to speak without anyone speaking to him and in the lives or broadcasts ot13 he is usually seen in the background talking to some other member or zoning out, he seems too comfortable with his members and that makes me very happy but he always seems too uncomfortable having to speak in front of cameras. Something i've been thinking about for a while is that Hoshi ALWAYS tries to include Wonwoo and Vernon in the conversations at concerts because they never talk on stage 🥺 I think a special mention should also be made to Dino, Dk and Seungkwan for always making sure that everyone participates equally in the group

i love how sensitive the members are towards each other and i honestly think that this is a domino effect. it probably started from the rowdier members (seungkwan, dk, etc) or the older members in the group (95 liner). i feel like they modeled the way for the other members by making sure the quieter members have a chance to speak and take note of their screen time and eventually, the other members followed suit and do the same. it’s really not easy to divide the screen time evenly especially when there’s so many of them and honestly, they could have just ignore the fact that some of their members are not speaking up and leave all the screen time for themselves but they chose not to. i love how they are so sacrificial, sensitive and understanding towards their members. it’s really not easy and i hope that they will continue this in the future!

11:49 as an introvert, everything that wonwoo said here is very true. im still in school, i do make 1 or 2 friends every semester but thats what i always thoguht "i wont fit in", and i actually wouldnt. mindset matters a lot but so does the kind of friends you make. wonu is very lucky he got these amazing 12 bestfriends, and the way he feels comfortable around them shows that they have great bonding. one thing that makes me feel connected to them is their great bonding. i dont know them personally but i feel like im friends with them when i watch them. but CARATs, we have to keep in mind, jokes are fine but they shouldnt go overboard, we are not close to the idols like seventeen is to each other. for example, calling mingyu a potato. it has gone too far now, we shall maintain a distance between idols and fans.

When I started stanning SVT I noticed Jun immediately and thought he was one of the handsomest members, but I thought he kind of lack presence. (That was before I watched GoSe or any fan made videos) The members kept mentioning how he was funny or mischievous off camera. Now, he's in my top 3, because of Seungkwan. It's known for all Huihui's that Seungkwan really adores Jun, and he made me adore him too. Now, I get almost all his jokes if he makes one and I am absolutely thrilled that he gets to appear and do promotions on his own on different varieties and youtube channels too. It always makes me tear up seeing how close the members are with one another. They're so close with each other and especially for such a large group to feel so much like a family is heart warming. Seeing how each of the members care for each or how they do little things to make sure each member is heard or comfortable when doing broadcasts, just really makes them such a special group. My friends, i feel like even if I am not there, it won’t affect them in any ways. I really love that they do this. Some people including myself are just quieter. I love that the members are all acknowledged and they are asked if they would like to share something. I'm a baby carat but this is what I first noticed about them. And not just in speaking. They are very considerate of each other in everything. Like during Nana Tour, there were times they bought stuff because they think a certain member will like it. ❤

What I notice with them is their geniuine behaviour on camera, compared to other groups. They don't try to shove into your throat that they're like family and that everyone is everyone's best friend. Their relationships feel real. The members aren't all close to each other (which is normal), you might rarely see some of them interact with each other, but from stuff liek this, from their lottle glances of worry/care, you know that they respect and care for each other. Something else I've noticed (I just got into the fandom) is that although there are 13 members in this group, they don't do much "shipping" fanservice. Most 3th/4th gen kpop groups heavily rely on that type of fan service, because the company is aware that they're being shipped, so they not only push two members together to give them more screentime with each other and feed the fans, but also make sure that they're together during photoshoots, MVs etc... Seventeen doesn't really have that. They are full of 13 handsome men, so technically they would have the perfect material to feed some fans about their delusions, but they don't and pledis doesn't seem to push them to do it neither. Their dynamics are very interesting

thank you so much for this video, a lot of people needs to watch this because svt’s bond is just so beautiful. honestly, i am envious but at the same time am so happy for the friendship they have because this is literally the kind of friendship that i wanted for myself. i have always been unlucky with friendships but watching them be sensitive and uplift each other fills my heart. and if you think about it, it is actually insane how 13 people can go so well together despite varying personalities. svt gives me a sense of home and happiness and i hope that their friendship will last a life time. praying that i’ll find this kind of friendship as well. ♥️

Thank you for this edit! I am a person who watch kpop for oeverall more than 20 years (in around 2014 I almost completely left), Seventeen brought me back. I had a lot of experiences that I like a group, then slowly faded out (I never call myself a fan of the groups) I observed Seventeen for quite a long time, it's hard to explain, but it's just all the small things like in this video, that make me believe their friendship/brotherhood, it's at least more real than how some groups were packaged as their company decided. Eventually I became carat.

I love seventeen smh not only because they look good also because they showed us how friendship should be other than that they give me energy that they really like what they are doing that they are more than "co-workers" they can show they're true selves. I got attracted to seventeen first because of they're amazing friendship and how much they are having fun together but they're more than that they are also amazing people they keep a humble personality even when they are one of the famous k-pop group they are close with their staff I love them for being them!
