That knife is called the Winnfield because it appears to be named after Jules Winnfield (Samuel L. Jackson's character in Pulp Fiction ). Hence the Afro and beard etched in the blade.

The Grillo is pronounced Gree-Yo which is Spanish for cricket. Also Nieto is likely pronounced like N-yeto. Since Miguel Nieto is Spanish I assume it's pronounced the same way as the Spanish word for grandson which has the same spelling of "Nieto"

That first knife looks like the maker got ahold of a laser engraver, didn’t read the manual, and just went crazy. Nothing is straight. All the engravings are offset haha.
