I don't normally listen to rap as I'm a white 65 year old granny who lost my son to suicide in 2014. I believe your heart & soul for the Lord serves you well. I have mixed grandbabies & my son lived your life, he also loved Jesus but his depression & alcoholism got the best of him. I believe if Christian rap would have been available then it could have helped him in more ways than I could have. I am going though spiritual warfare tonight for many reasons that are unrelated but God works in mysterious ways as i'm sure you are aware this is blessing me too. I support Sevin a hundred percent for the past 8 plus years. Sevin is a rare case, as Hip Hop and christian rap has been around for many years but not many have touched the numerous amount of lives that Sevin has. He already has but hold onto this moment and recognize it's power because it comes from God. The one who created the universe and everything under it has directed your steps and given you peace. He is teaching you to open your heart to something that will allow you to pour out to your grandbabies a blessing that cannot be matched. A rare gem to sharpen their minds and souls. They will not get it from most sources in this world but tonight N from this night on they will get it from you. God is good and he uses his most faithful. I pray that you continue to allow yourself to be blessed by Sevin's music and other soldiers who have used the rap culture to minister and I hope you share it with your family.
