Fiji hasn't got that financial support that with benefit the rugby players. Basically money. I would play for a team that look after me and get paid well for sort period of time because we are not getting any younger. He needs to support himself and his family when his fit and young. Think about the long term and not sort term and what will benefits every player. As a fijian growing up we also have a dream to play for alblacks or fiji..

Fiji can churn out the best players in the world, but they can't support them...most rugby players have a career of max 10 years and need to financially set themselves up for life after rugby... as someone else said, if they aren't looked after financially then they won't be able to compete with the bigger teams...
