Please, please, please make a tankini with a shorts option! I really don't like regular swim/skirts for the bottoms. However, I would just love a swimsuit that was a tankini with shorts :) Video too because you make it so simple to follow along and create :)

Is it ok to topstitch with stretch stitch to hold the lining down on the top?

What did you use for the bra lining fabric? Power mesh?

I am making my second "toile" and after sewing the elastic (with serger) around the neck, making sure not to cut it, the lining shows on the right side, all around the neck. Ironing wouldn't correct the problem. What can I do to prevent that? My elastic is 1/4" wide and the knife is in the narrowest position.

So cute on you! I laughed when I saw the swimsuit elastic. When I started making masks for family and friends I inherited a lot of it from my mother, I used every bit! She made lots of bathing suits. I have no idea where to purchase more
