Hi! I would like to make this skirt but have it sit at my natural waist for more of a high waisted look. Obvi I should adjust the elastic measurement to be my waist, but should I adjust the large hip measurement to be for my waist?

Hi !! The large hip measurement is important if you’re using a non stretch fabric so that you can still fit the skirt on and off. If you’re using a fabric that stretches it’s not as important. Hope that helps ! 🥰
