I came for the ruff, I stayed for the makeup and wrist ruffs. So nice! 2 yards of tuille? Very affordable. Do you think this can be achieved without a sewing machine? Perhaps with hot glue or something else?

Looks very doable! Just have a question about the fishing line. Do you just lie it down on the tulle and then zig zag over it with regular thread? Thanks!

Love this!! I’m wondering if the fishing rod and ribbon adds a lot of bulk to the seam? I’m thinking of using the technique for gathering a skirt and attaching it to a bodice for a dress, obviously it will add more bulk than the parallel stitching method, but I’m wondering if it actually will affect the look!
