Thank you Suzie for sharing - you make them to perfection and make it look reasonably simple, bit it is not. 😊, you are very talented. The music was very soothing too. I would love to hear about and see your favoured notions - all tips for knitters. Enjoy the remainder of the summer break. Take care. Shirley

Such beautiful, beautiful bags, Suzie! Absolutely ingenious to use a turning tool for pulling the drawstrings through the channels!! I will put that trick to work the very next time I make a bag! Thanks for sharing! 😘

Hannie van Ballegooy thanks Hannie! Yes I do, it’s much better for my back that way 🥰 I find it makes me sit up straighter, otherwise I end up stopping to see the needle!

Such beautiful bags. Do you use a template for cutting the fabric or just measure and cut each one- I can never make two the same,
@ElderflowerStitches4 жыл бұрын
Kelly Vogliqi thank you Kelly! 🥰 I use a template for the larger pieces as it’s tricky to get them square otherwise but for the smaller pieces I just use my quilting ruler 🤓 I find a rotary cutter and mat more accurate than scissors. I hope that helps! 💞

Thank you, I’ll give that a try next time! 😊

Thank you very much for sharing such a nice sewing project. I have followed you since your very first video, but this one is probably the one I enjoyed the most. Congratulations, you are so talented. I would like to ask you a question about the special needle you use to pull the string. What's its name? Thanks in advance. You have a big follower in Galicia, northern Spain.

Hi Rosa, it's called a Rouleau loop turner :)
