Very pretty choice. I have to say that I think shirring is great with a viscose. I tried it last fall for the first time using the Love Notions Ballad Blouse pattern and it was easy and worked very well. I recommend you give it a go.

What a great video. So many nice pattern choices for your fabric. I loved seeing the finished make it the same video. All the changes you made were lovely. The ruffle on the open neck is very subtle and soft in that fabric as well as the sleeves. It's the first version I've seen without huge sleeves. Now it looks like a pattern I would like to wear. Well done!

Thank you. I put all the gathering at the top of the sleeve head rather than all the way round. Plus the elastic helps to bring the sleeve in. Xxx

Your blouse is lovely and I like the hack. Beautiful fabric. I always find it interesting that people with larger busts don’t like high necklines. I am very small busted and v necklines suit me much better. The other makes me look extremely flat.
