Beautiful dresses! I’ve been sewing dresses for DAG since 2019. It’s so rewarding and I love being creative with all the pretty quilting cottons! It was when they couldn’t accept dresses during Covid that I started sewing for garments for myself and found your channel. Now I’m happily sewing for myself as well as the girls. I’ve sent off 50 dresses since I began. 💕

I have sewn for Dress A Girl since March 2021. It was such a delight to learn their story and feel how meaningful it can be to provide a girl in another country with her very own dress -sewn just for her. It’s fun, rewarding and a treat to share with other sewists! I’m sending off a box tomorrow with 5 dresses from your pattern from last year, which is very fun to sew. I love that ruffle. I have another 5 for older girls too. Thank you for raising awareness of this splendid organization!

Wondering if you use a certain foot when apply the bias tape. Anything to speed up the assembling your dresses.
